Find your way onto the A3052. Keep driving until you see the convenience store SPAR in Sidford. Please turn off into the car park next to SPAR and park there; remember to pay for parking (it is only 50p per hour). I am in the big brick building with a sign saying 'Sidmouth Hospice' on the front, where you can also contact JA Sports Therapy for any injury recovery needs. There is no waiting room, so please text me when you arrive, and I will call you when I am ready to let you into the building.
